Ready? Set? Fight!
SETTING: Earth set in the distant (distant) future where technology basically graces every wall, every person, every- everything. the characters are set in an arena-type setting that can change it's environment with a push of a button! No character is able to get out due to an invisible force-field. Crowd's can be seen cheering on either side during each transitioning round (environment).
PLOT: Everyone's favorite video-game characters come to LIFE in this new-age gaming experience where the players literally don't even have to play in order to win! It all depends on the strength, smarts, and wit of the character in the battle. The arena they are thrown into has hidden dangers and surprises around every corner. Assorted weapons and vehicles are provided, it all just depends on the setting at the time. Each character has three lives to lose before it's Game Over. Who will win? Who will lose? Let's find out!
NEEDED: Any video game character known to man, old and new. And any human gamers, news broadcasters or crowd watchers alike!
RULES: Doubles allowed / Canon video game characters only, different versions of the same character ARE allowed / The environment changes after each new character falls- and we can all take turns with that, just let the current environment stay up for a while before it changes! xD / NPCs (other vid game chars) are welcome! That'll move the game along if no one IC is battling at the time. / Follow site rules (of course <3) / Have fun!!

A loud grenade exploded dead-close to the dark-haired man's feet. He narrowly missed the time-bomb as he hopped over a broken wall and into temporary shelter...
"Crap! Give me a break!" The man fretted to himself, glancing over in time to see a group of ugly-looking goons creeping further to where he crouched. All he had was a hand-pistol to defend himself, and his sheer will- but before he could get his first shot out, the area around him fizzled to be replaced with a green canvas.
Huh? Nathan stumbled over a few twigs and roots (that certainly were not there before!) as he moved backwards. Where was he? This wasn't the Villa! Where were those goons? All the questions floated around the mind of Nathan Drake as he finally decided on a route to take through this dense forest-area. He had no idea how he got here or why- but he sure as hell wasn't going to hang around to find out!

Peter Parker slipped the mask over his face in the apartment belonging to his Aunt's friend Stan, whom wasn't here thankfully. He checked over his web-shooters and extra cartridges on his belt matching his red and blue costume before hopping up on the windowsill, ready to go out into New York City as the friendly-neighborhood vigilante Spiderman.
The spandex suit showed the skinny, yet muscular and agile, body of the human-hybrid underneath. You see, Spiderman wasn't just a random name come up by a young stupid teenage boy wanting attention- he was really a half-spider due to an incident involving a radioactive-spider in a lab just four months prior. Peter had been through a lot since then, what with the rampaging lizard-man and invading robots from Oscorp keeping him busy, the young hero didn't have much rest until now. But today he was ready to go out again to do what he both enjoyed and held a responsibility for- fighting crime.
'two-twenty-one, we've got a mugging in progress on fifth avenue...' The police scanner rang clear in his built-in ear-piece, having it's signal set up with the satellite receptors around town. Looking toward the taller buildings, Spiderman approached the edge of the building and shot a web out of his built-in webshooters, feeling as it attached to theskyedge of a nearby building. He let himself lift off the ground, ready to head toward the dilemma when suddenly the whole world grew fuzzy...
His spider-sense gave off a low tingle as he fell through a dense layer of green and brown blurs, twisting himself around so he could miss the worst of them. Spiderman gave a cry of surprise as he free fell. He attempted to grasp hold of something with his webbing, but it seemed whatever surface he caught weren't steady enough to hold the substance, causing him to panic. am I in a forest!? Spiderman looked frantically around just before he hit the ground to grab hold of an over-hanging branch of sorts, stopping his plummet.
"Whew! Where's George of the Jungle when you need him..." The teen thought aloud, shaking his head as to clear his whirling mind. He managed to lift himself onto the branch with ease, and though he was still shaken, he was well enough to make some sense of his situation. alright, this isn't logically possible- but eh, I've dealt with non-logical situations before...this shouldn't be any different right? Perched on the branch, Spiderman stared around, at a loss until a loud voice was heard over the quiet of the forest...
"WELCOME ONE AND ALL TO THE FIRST ANNUAL GAME SHOWDOWN!"
"Woah! The WWE announcer's behind this? They just keep getting crazier and crazier..." Spiderman shook his head, posed to listen in on this guy and see if he can get any sane answers about what was going on.
