Willa sat at the bus station, waving off the second bus driver who attempted to pick her up. She wasn't waiting on a bus driver, she was waiting on a pick up. In the backpack she was holding on to loosely at her side was half a pound of mary-jane, an expensive half-a-pound considering it was home grown. She had to take care not to to come off as nervous or anxious. Sure the police station was under the thumb of the mob leader, but to rebel against him wasn't such a hard thing.
Sergeant Edward "Eddy" Harvard sat a the adjacent coffee shop, his favourite place to be at two in the afternoon. He had been staking little Willa Valentine for about half an hour now, taking note of the two buses she sent on their way. Could she be working for the mob? He chuckled; of course, who wasn't working for the mob nowadays?

Jerome Nightly, a tall, lanky man sat in the driver's seat of the solid black Bentley, his head flopped down, a light snore sounding. His sunglasses had slipped down on his long nose and his short black hair seemed a mess. The expensive black suit he was wearing began getting little white flecks all over it as his cigarette dropped it's ash. The radio played motley crue, but the loud music seemed to not awaken him. Nor did the vibrating cell phone next to him, signaling him that his pickup was ready. But the chunk of smoldering cigarette burning through his shirt onto his stomach certainly did. He jolted upright, spewing out the now dead cigarette onto the dashboard and frantically wiped the bit burning his skin off. After a few obscenities, he settled back down, adjusting his sunglasses and cleaning up the dash.
Then he looked at his phone. "Shit." He muttered under his breath as he put the car in drive and pulled briskly out of the alley. He arrived at the bus stop, rolling down the darkly tented window and motioning for the girl to get in.
